Avera is now hiring a Maintenance Technician for maintenance duties.

Job Summary

Responsible to perform a variety of general, mechanical and preventative maintenance duties as well as inspections, servicing, repair, and overhaul of equipment and facilities of the hospital.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

This position requires you to be 18 years of age or older.

Certification/Licensure/Registrations

None required, but electrical, plumbing, and mechanical are all recommended.

This position requires a valid driver’s license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 11:00pm-7:00am, occas wknd/hol/call; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$19.00 – $23.50 per hour
