Position: Machinist

Pay and Bonus Potential:

$24-$28 based on expertise and tenure

End-of-year bonus based on overall company performance.

Merit Increases : Based on our skills matrix, you have the opportunity to receive merit increases multiple times throughout the year

Annual reviews conducted with the direct supervisor.

Job Details: We offer a structured in-house training program. Upon completion, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining day-to-day operations of automated production CNC machine cells.

Fluent use of all the machine’s tooling.

Troubleshooting tools that are cutting improperly and making necessary changes to correct root causes before tool failure.

Setting up, running, and inspecting parts throughout the shift while troubleshooting common manufacturing issues.

Primarily working with Makino and DMG machines.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6AM – 2:30PM (1 opening)

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (2 openings)

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (3 openings)
