Position Overview
Assist the CRM team in managing and administering Encore’s CRM platform. You will be working directly in the CRM platform, assisting users and helping the team with administrative functions and reporting. This position is based in Schiller Park, IL. Temporary housing is not provided for this role.
Key Job Responsibilities
Managing CRM access requests
Assisting users with data imports
Assisting users with reporting and dashboard requests
Working users through system errors
Helping users understand CRM features and processes
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in process
Programming experience with C# or javascript is useful
Solid communication and customer service skills
Highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service, follow-through, and learning
