Position Overview

Navistar has an exciting remote opportunity for a Process Lead-Production and Logistics.

This position is for a Process Lead for International’s common development group in Production & Logistics area of the business

Responsibilities

Common development

Creating, adjusting, and managing Standard Operating Procedures

Project management of new workstreams

Measuring and improving the efficiency of daily operations,

Coordinating a large, cross functional group

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

At least 8 years of process improvement, lean or six sigma experience

At least 2 years of management experience

OR

Master’s degree

At least 6 years of process improvement, lean or six sigma experience

At least 2 years of management experience

OR

At least 10 years of process improvement, lean or six sigma experience

At least 2 years of management experience

Additional Requirements

Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills

Strong project management

Experience in Logistics, and experience in IT centric processes.

Understanding process mapping and documentation, and be familiar with creating a comprehensive sustainable roadmap

Knowledge of or experience in automotive industry and/or truck manufacturing and logistics is a plus

Experience or knowledge of production lean operating systems.
