Emerging Markets Account Representative – St. Louis

Emerging Markets Account Representatives are responsible for holding meetings with incoming leads, securing new emerging market accounts, and leading all small market Paycom implementations. Emerging Market representatives ensure a successful implementation by guiding our new clients to 100% usage and adoption of the Paycom solution. They lead communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of each project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set and hold meetings with incoming small market leads to demo the Paycom solution
Analyze the needs of incoming small market clients and quote pricing accordingly
Leads the implementation of the Paycom system by applying knowledge from training to follow best practices on implementations with lower complexity.
Lead the setup and implementation of Paycom technology for new Emerging Markets accounts, including training on system functionality.
Define a detailed implementation plan for customers which includes the goal of 100% employee usage
Obtain pertinent data from new clients to onboard and implement Paycom software
Hold clients accountable to deadlines and drive projects to a successful and timely completion while achieving position metrics and customer satisfaction
Manage and allocate resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively on or before deliverable deadline(s)
Hold internal and external partners accountable to project objectives and timelines
Supports the client(s) in mapping their current process, understanding client pain points and identifying areas of improvement to maximize efficiencies through use of the Paycom solution and best practices
Work with new client(s) through onboarding to map their current process, understand pain points and identify areas of improvement to maximize efficiencies using the Paycom solution
Provides technical and functional support to all internal and external parties during implementation, using specialized knowledge related to the Paycom solution
Process small market payrolls under limited supervision & coordinate payroll processing timelines with all clients to ensure payroll is submitted in accordance with Paycom deadlines
Ensure all open implementation tasks are completed, client acceptance meeting is successfully conducted, and all handoff requirements are met per the process to indicate that the client is trained and prepared to transition to the long-term care teams
Complete Paycom product training to stay abreast of new releases and functionality in order to successfully direct clients on best practices to platform optimization throughout implementation
Effectively adapts to process changes and product improvements.
Responsible for consulting on the change and risk management strategy for clients who are implementing the Paycom solution

Qualifications
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Professional experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, implementation, or customer service
Skills/Abilities:
Customer Service: Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions
Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Achieves/exceeds position metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly motivated and results-oriented
Project management and planning skills
