The Research Pilot Brewery is looking for a hard worker to join their team! As a Research Pilot Technician, you will be part of the Innovation department, working on a rotating shift with occasional Sunday work. This position is expected to transition into a temporary role after a year, with the potential for permanent placement. Willingness to relocate is essential for future opportunities.

Hard Skills

Degree in science or engineering related field

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience in SAP or advanced Excel capabilities (macros and VBA) preferred

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting brewing equipment (flow meters, plate and frame coolers, glycol jacketed tanks, yeast separators, steam heaters, lab instruments)

Soft Skills

Self-motivated to drive results and exceed expectations

Ability to collaborate, actively listen, and foster an inclusive environment

Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Effective project management and multitasking skills

Willingness to challenge the status quo and take calculated risks

Strong communication and leadership capabilities
