[POSITION TITLE:[ Physician (Family Medicine)
[POSITION DUTIES: Provide family medicine services to the individual and family across all ages, by treating patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills and coordinating discharge planning with case management. Recommend, participate in, and work to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients. Accept patient referrals from other physicians, and act as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physician for patients who require hospitalization for primary medical diagnoses, depending on the needs of patients, medical staff, and the hospital. Recommend and facilitate referral to specialist physicians as needed. May engage in clinical education including training residents and medical students who may be assigned during their rotation while serving in the capacity as attending physician. Full-Time.

[OFFERED SALARY:[ $212,326 per year. [The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
