POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Specialist, Project Management you will lead and manage full-cycle projects (from inception to completion) across multidisciplinary teams and across all media types (digital to traditional) to ensure on-time, on-budget and error-free execution.

Act as cross-functional hub for project executions while partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project success

Takes ownership of project efficiency

Utilize Agile (Kanban/Scrum) and Waterfall processes and applies relevant approach by project type

Experience in omni-channel/all media types of production including digital, eComm, print, video, and packaging

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Open jobs utilizing agency software tools

Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs

Management of all production related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta- agency partners – holistic timeline creation and management

Gather and vet specs across all media types (digital, ecommerce, broadcast, print, promotions packaging) to ensure project accuracy

Develop, own, and communicate holistic project schedules and work plan to internal & external teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

3 years of professional experience with 1 of those years of experience in a Marketing/Advertising agency project management role

The approximate pay range for this position is $69,000 to $80,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
