Job Description

We are seeking a research assistant with a passion for working with wheat in a controlled environment, including growth chambers and greenhouses. The candidate will handle the growth and maintenance of plants, assist in experiment design, and execute experiments for research purposes. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and scientific depth.

Hard Skills

Bachelors degree in Horticulture, Plant Biology, Plant Molecular Biology, or related fields with plant care experience

Hands-on experience with greenhouse/growth chamber plant care

Familiarity with plant physiology, biotechnology, molecular biology, and genomics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and data analysis software

Soft Skills

Attention to detail

Strong experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation skills

Ability to work in a team setting

Strong communication and organizational skills

Flexibility

Positive attitude
