Overview:

We are looking for a motivated entry-level engineer to join our team in our St. Charles, Missouri office. Responsibilities:

This position will provide engineering support in many of the following areas: field investigation for water and sewer projects, permitting for regulatory compliance, supporting the design of new and upgraded wastewater and water treatment facilities, construction oversight, water system modeling, detailed design with oversight and mentorship from senior engineers, civil site and development projects, as well as memo and permit writing.

What You Will Need To Succeed:

– 0-3 years experience.
– B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with an emphasis in water/wastewater or related field.
– Excellent computer, verbal, and written skills required.
– EIT registration preferred.
– Knowledge of AutoCAD desired.
– Experience with GIS is a bonus.

$53,016 – $79,524 a year

Pay:

This positions anticipated pay range is provided above; final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will be dependent on experience level as well as considering a % based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working. Geographic differentials are used to recognize and reflect cost of labor differences between geographic markets.

Annual Incentive Bonus Opportunity:

Eligible positions may receive an annual cash bonus based on the roles organizational level, and is represented as a percentage range of eligible earnings.

Vacation time is provided to full and part-time regular employees. Vacation is accrued, based on number of hours worked per week as well as prior years of experience.
