As a Facilities Management Technician I, youll be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair work on buildings, equipment, and grounds. Youll work independently and as part of a team to ensure our facilities are in top condition, supporting our mission of providing the greatest client experience and most effective results. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds
Complete work orders promptly and maintain an organized work order system
Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
Implement safety procedures and use required safety equipment in all work activities
Remain vigilant for potential safety hazards and report them to Facilities leadership
Manage and submit credit card and fuel charges for accounting in a timely manner
Participate in staff development activities and required meetings
Contribute to program evaluation and development of grant applications
Adapt to changing job demands and work flexible hours as needed
Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure optimal facility conditions
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Two (2) years of responsible employment history with an emphasis on previous maintenance experience
Additional Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid drivers license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
Knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and safety practices
Familiarity with applicable codes and regulations related to facility maintenance
Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, managers, and clients
Flexibility to be on-call and work evenings and weekends as needed
Must successfully complete a background check, including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect screening
Required to complete New Hire Orientation and all training requirements, including Relias, at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter
