Seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. As the Housekeeper, you will be responsible for keeping our facilities neat, organized, and sanitized to the highest standards. Your primary duties will involve cleaning and maintaining various areas of our facilities, including offices, common areas, and restrooms. You will ensure that all spaces are kept clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while adhering to established cleaning protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness throughout the company facilities by removing trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and mopping daily.

Clean common areas such as staff break rooms, conference rooms, and group rooms regularly.

Sanitize high-touch surfaces, including door handles, countertops, and shared equipment.

Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed.

Dust and clean furniture, windows, and window sills on a scheduled basis.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning supplies.

Support a clean and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred

Two (2) years of responsible employment history with an emphasis on previous housekeeping experience

Additional Qualifications:

Successful completion of background check, including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect

Completion of New Hire Orientation and Relias Learning training

Valid drivers license and insurance in state of residency with an acceptable driving record

Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds of force frequently
