Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Engagement Specialist for a client in the workers compensation insurance industry. This role acts as a liaison between the company, policyholders, and agency partners, and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues.
Essential Functions:
Provide information to clients, participate in outreach, and assist with portal issues.
Onboard new policyholders, monitor conditional items, and support the resource and education developer.
Collaborate with marketing, claims, underwriting, and safety staff.
Troubleshoot client issues, educate clients, and deliver superior service.
Conduct phone and virtual presentations.
Occasionally work on special projects and initiatives.
Follow up on policyholder outreach and requests, track conditional items, and conduct 6-month outreach with new policyholders.
Potentially write service-oriented content, assist in event planning, and help with webinars.

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role.
Skills and Competencies:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with policyholders, agency partners, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently.
Presentation Skills: Comfortable conducting virtual presentations and phone calls.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

Customer-Oriented: A strong desire to assist and educate clients, providing a superior level of service.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments including marketing, claims, underwriting, and safety staff.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle special projects and initiatives as needed.

Additional Requirements:
Availability: Willingness to occasionally participate in event planning and assist with webinars.
Content Creation: Ability and willingness to write service-oriented content if needed.
Follow-Up: Proactive in conducting follow-up outreach with new policyholders and handling onboarding processes. Additional degrees/certifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field null
