The IT Support Technician Apprentice position offers an excellent
opportunity for a student to use technical skills to support IT needs
within a dynamic business environment. This part-time position requires
a strong desire to learn and grow, in order to develop technical
troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, as well as honing communication
abilities in a business setting.

Essential Job Responsibilities

– Support internal IT needs by providing Level 1 technical and
troubleshooting support
– Troubleshoot/resolve hardware and software performance and general
PC, network, and printer problems
– Install, upgrade, and support computer hardware and software
– Perform voice/email system setup
– Perform setup for new users
– Assist with IT projects as directed
– Communicate effectively with all contacts
