Work Schedule:Typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Export Compliance Requirement:This position requires access to EAR
or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants are required to be eligible
for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the
requirement of being a U.S. Citizen.

seeking a dynamic Automation Engineer to join our accomplished team and
contribute to the creation and optimization of cutting-edge control
systems that power our advanced robotic and industrial equipment.
Job Summary
Responsible for using engineering techniques to assist team in the
design, build, and installation of automation projects.
Essential Functions
Performs controls wiring of equipment. Makes technical diagrams and/or
schematics. Assists team in design and build of projects. Assists with
mentoring and providing guidance to student team members. Assists with
equipment specifications, quotes, and procurement.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Six (6) months of related experience with basic knowledge of programming
and CAD
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of basic programming and CAD
Skill in the use of standard power tools
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
Ability to solve work related problems
Ability to meet deadlines; problem solving skills; detail oriented
Physical Requirements
Ability to use tools, equipment, and technology necessary to do the job.
This includes dexterity in instrument manipulation.
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but
not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
Ability to move or traverse across campus, within buildings and offices,
and/or across external environments.
Ability to ascend and descend ladders and/or stairs.
