Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a CNC Mill Machinist with at least 2 years of experience. Candidates must be able to perform their own set-ups and runs on the machine. A strong understanding of height gauges, calipers, micrometers, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints is required. Proficiency in utilizing Fanuc Controls at the machine is also essential. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running with minimal training and direction.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Wichita, Kansas.
Work Environment
CNC Machine shop environment. The company is a major supplier for Spirit and other major companies, with around 50 employees. Hours for 1st shift are 7am-3:30pm, with opportunities for overtime including earlier starts and Saturdays from 7am-noon. Dress code includes jeans, T-shirt, and steel-toed shoes. The company culture emphasizes a family environment and teamwork.
