General Labor Workers

Job Title: General Labor Workers — Weekly Pay — 4 Day Work Week with OT on Fridays as Needed!

Job Description

Assemble custom wall trusses or roof or floor trusses. Read blueprints. Climb on and off tables. Use hand tools and tape measures to assemble the trusses and walls. Work together with other team members. Will do the same truss or wall 10 times before switching to a different one, which can be repetitive. Bend, stoop, squat, and reach at odd angles.

Pay:

1st shift: $18 per hour

2nd shift: $19 per hour

Work Environment

Warehouse style building. Non-climate controlled covered building. Indoor lumber yard. Will have a specific work station. Team size: 2-5 people per line/group, 60 people per shift total. Dress code: Jeans or shorts, no sweatpants. T-shirts and layers as needed, no cut-offs. No profane language. Steel toe footwear required. Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM during slower season for 1st shift. 2nd shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Will need to have a hammer or will be required to purchase one.
