What Data Management and Governance contributes to Cardinal Health
The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.
Data Management and Governance provides direction of data assets and is responsible for data strategy, quality, standards and service levels. Data management acquires, validates, standardizes, enriches, protects and publishes structured, third party and unstructured data for use by the business. Governance defines and implements policies, standards and metrics that ensure the effective and efficient use of trusted data and statistical models to support regulatory and business goals.
Position Summary
The Sr. Analyst, Salesforce Strategy, Support, and Data Maintenance will perform an integral role in implementation and maintenance of Salesforce processes in addition to maintaining important master data elements for the Major Rugby organization. This role will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of Salesforce processes, working collaboratively across the business to determine the requirements to further enhance the Major Rugby Salesforce instance, and regular master data element updates that are critical to driving business insights and success.
Responsibilities
Provide support via understanding, documenting, and training the sales organization on new Salesforce processes and functionality
Gather requirements and assist in the prioritization of enhancements to Salesforce application
Lead testing efforts on newly deployed functionality
Collaborate with the development team to discuss work in progress and raise roadblocks to leadership
Assist in the documentation of user requirements and management of backlog for sprint meetings
Maintain accurate Customer Master Data in source systems by managing customer and affiliation files
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
2-4 years of experience, preferred
Salesforce experience
SQL experience, preferred

Anticipated hourly range: $32.50 per hour – $46.40 per hour
