Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing conveyor systems primarily for high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Flexibility for travel is required to support various client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair conveyor systems and related equipment at client locations.

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with conveyor systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver effective solutions.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on conveyor systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Maintain detailed records of service activities, including issues encountered, solutions provided, parts used, and time spent.

Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of conveyor systems.

Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually enhance your technical skills and service capabilities.

Be available for travel to client sites as required, including potential overnight stays.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with conveyor systems or similar industrial equipment.

Strong understanding of conveyor system components, operation, and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.

Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Willingness to travel to various client locations, including overnight stays as necessary.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Relevant certifications or training related to conveyor systems or industrial maintenance are a plus.
