Job Title: MIG Welder Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to MIG weld, read blueprints, and input layouts for machines. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds.

This is a fully on-site position in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Work Environment
The work environment can be dirty and does not have air conditioning. The team consists of 40 members on the floor. The first shift is from 6am to 4:30pm, and the second shift is from 3:30pm to 2am. There may be some Saturday overtime, about 1/3 of Saturdays throughout the year, usually more during summer and early fall. The second shift has no Saturday work. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, layers as needed, and safety glasses.
