Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Day to Day Work:

– Communicate between shifts and within the maintenance team.

– Conduct daily walkthroughs for facility needs (compressors, HVAC, etc.).

– Meet with production to prioritize maintenance needs based on urgency.

– Perform daily preventive maintenance (PM) of assigned machine cells, including hooking up laptops, diagnosing issues, scheduling downtime, repairing injection machines, lubricating, conducting tear downs and re-builds, re-wiring, replacing parts, maintaining robotics, checking thermolators or temperature control units (TCU), checking heat sensors, and addressing end of arm robot needs.

– Answer breakdown calls (reactive or corrective maintenance) as a first priority.

– Log all paperwork related to maintenance tasks.
