The Senior Director of Organizational Development and Talent will shape the future of our Diagnostics Platform by driving talent strategy, managing critical talent pipelines, and overseeing organizational development. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent, you will lead the Talent Center of Excellence (COE) focused on Talent Intelligence, Workforce Strategy, Pipeline Management, and Organization Design. You will partner closely with Talent, HR, and business leaders to deliver strategic talent solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Intelligence: Lead the analysis of market trends to identify talent pools and competitive insights to shape talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.
Workforce Strategy: Collaborate with business leaders to implement workforce strategies that fuel innovation and growth.
Talent Pipeline Management: Oversee pipeline health, ensuring a strong pool of successors for critical roles.
Assessment & Development: Create Success Profiles and integrate assessment tools into talent acquisition and development processes to drive growth.
Leadership Development: Partner with Corporate Talent/L&D to develop programs that nurture talent pipeline success.
Pipeline Health Reporting: Standardize and report KPIs on pipeline health using analytics and dashboards for senior leadership.
Organization Development & Design: Drive scalable, inclusive talent strategies and optimal organizational structures.
Team Development: Lead initiatives to unlock the full potential of high-performing teams.
Data & Technology: Use talent data to inform decisions and leverage technology to enhance processes and insights.
Key Qualifications:
Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of advising senior leaders on talent strategy and organizational design.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and ability to translate business needs into talent solutions.
Global Experience: Experience managing global talent strategies and working across diverse cultures.
Leadership & Influence: Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Data-Driven Decisions: Expertise in using analytics to drive talent strategies and measure impact.
DEI Expertise: Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience driving impactful DEI initiatives.
Project Management: Strong skills in overseeing multiple projects to successful, on-time completion.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 20 years of relevant experience, including 6 years in leadership roles. For Master’s/Doctoral degree holders, 18 years of experience is required.
Travel: Up to 30% domestic and international travel required.

The salary range for this role is $155,200-$243,067. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
