HIRING A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN STATE COLLEGE PA AREA!
Job Description
Inspect and maintain large tonnage central plant chilling equipment. Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic prints related to HVAC equipment. Perform plumbing, soldering, and brazing of water, air, and high-pressure refrigerant lines. Conduct air balancing measurements and adjustments. Test, troubleshoot, and repair heating, chilled water, condenser, glycol, and heat recovery loops. Maintain and control chemicals in various water circuits. Recover and recycle refrigerants. Maintain computerized and microprocessor-based control systems. Utilize the facilities energy management program to control the environment. Install and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning equipment, and instrument air compressors. Respond to alarms on the message handling and building automation systems. Provide first response to maintenance situations or conditions.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Port Matilda, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
Traveling role – will be covering locations from Port Matilda throughout State College and Altoona areas. Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Can work unlimited overtime as wanted.
