The Recruiting Operations and Data Analyst position is located at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville PA and provides administrative and data analysis support to the PAARNG Recruiting and Retention Battalion. This position requires significant working knowledge of National Guard Recruiting and data analysis.
Salary Estimate: ~ $27 – $30 per hour ($56 to 62,400 annually)

Start Date: Estimate 1 December 2024
This position requires knowledge and skills with data creation and manipulation (Access & Excel), and Army National Guard recruiting systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Army Recruiting Information Support System (ARISS) Expertise: 5 years of experience with the Army Recruiting Information Support System (ARISS), Automated Unit Vacancy System (AUVS), Recruit Management System (RMS), and Oracle.
Army Knowledge: Deep understanding of Army procedures, regulations, Strength Management Operational Memorandums (SMOM), and Personnel Policy Operation Memorandums (PPOM).
Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) Support: Build and maintain vacancy positions in Recruit Quota System (REQUEST) for new enlistments.
Microsoft Proficiency: Expert level in MS Access and Excel, proficient in PowerPoint and Office Suite.
Data Management: Track personnel, attendance, and performance metrics.
Reporting: Create monthly status reports on Individual Duty Training (IDT), training pipeline, ship rate, and more. Be able to create situational ad hoc data queries.

Qualifications
Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience of minimum 5 years working with the Army Recruiting Information Support System (ARISS).
Expert Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
