Logistics Engineering Internship (Spring 2025) – 79045
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Logistics Engineering Intern in the Middletown, PA facility. This position is on-site so the ideal candidate will be located in the general area.
What will you do?
Participate in continuous improvement activities like Kaizen events
Analyze data and make suggestions for process improvement
Assist with implementing DISS (Digitized idea SIM system) and LDS (lean digitization system)
Digitize and automate information for communications within the Distribution Center
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Tableau to manage dashboards
Assist with SMB2 time studies
Update VSMs (value stream maps)
Other projects as needed / working alongside seasoned professionals
What qualifications will make you successful?
Working towards Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related bachelors degree
Have some experience with Excel, Access, and Tableau
Junior or Senior in college
You are a team player who has a great attitude and strong work ethic
