responsibilities:

Oversee and manage inventory movement, ensuring accurate tracking of products entering and leaving the warehouse.

Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories, making adjustments as needed to maintain stock accuracy.

Coordinate and ensure timely, accurate shipping of products to customers.

Supervise the team, including Material Coordinators, Pickers and Packers, Cycle Counters, Material Handlers, and receiving staff.

Collaborate with plant manufacturing planning and procurement teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and products.

Organize transfer trucks and logistics to efficiently move products between the facility and distribution centers.

Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and processes for improved efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Utilize WMS and ERP systems to maintain accurate, real-time inventory data and streamline operations.

Work with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business goals.
