Job Title: Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for receiving, documenting, and directing the warehouse movement of freight in accordance with client specifications and service agreements. Primary objectives include timely receipt and thorough documentation of inbound freight, efficient and safe sorting and directing of loads, and accurate and timely updates of status information and shipment records.

Reviewing and processing freight documentation

Documenting, photographing, scanning, labeling, and sorting pallets

Directing loading, unloading, and movement of freight

Updating transportation management systems

Researching shipment statuses

Complying with safety and security regulations

This is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.
