Secret cleared Cyber Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to bring on two Secret cleared Cyber Analysts to the team sitting out of Fort Belvoir, VA, in support of a Federal client. The analysts will be responsible for the following:

Provide analytical, operational, and technical assistance to support a Federal client. This support will be coordinated through the continuous process improvement (CPI) program management office (PMO).

includes, but is not limited to, the following services:

 Develop tailored cybersecurity risk management strategies based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

 Collaborate with client to align cybersecurity risk management efforts with mission-oriented objectives.

 Assist client in creating and enhancing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to align with industry standards and agency requirements

 Lead or facilitate group briefings and discussions, enabling focused decision-making, and issue resolution using a variety of improvement methodologies;

 Perform analytic and administrative duties related to project execution and implementation of recommendations;

 Collaborate with team members to provide modeling, simulation, and other applicable approaches to support a robust approach to improving processes;

 Provide coaching to client and project leadership;

Skills and Requirements

Active Secret Clearance

3-5 years of experience supporting Cyber Security Operations

Experience with Continuous Process Improvement

knowledge of risk management frameworks

knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices. experience with continuous process improvement null
