Responsibilities
Seeking a Full-time Registrar to support our client, the Defense Security Cooperation University at WPAFB. This exciting opportunity will be a rewarding chance to learn and support our country in the Security Cooperation enterprise.
What You’ll Do:
Directly support the College of Strategic Security Cooperation (CSSC) and the Defense SCO Institute (DSI).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide stellar customer service to students.
Assist with classroom setup and prep.
Work with staff and faculty concerning student and course-related tasks.
Coordinating quotas for students and Military Departments
Updating/managing student information in the Security Cooperation Workforce Database (SCWD)
Packing boxes with instructional materials for offsite classes.
Advising organizational POC’s and members of the Security Cooperation (SC), workforce of appropriate educational courses for SC positions based on enterprise needs.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications:
Candidate should have a degree in a related field or experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
Candidate should have experience being organized with excellent time management skills. Ability to multitask, speak well, and have excellent customer service skills. Should also be familiar and comfortable with navigating computers and programs.
Skills & Technology Used:
Must be able to lift 25lbs
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Strong time management skills and multitasking
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively (autonomy is key)
Ability to work as necessary to meet customer needs
Effective communication skills with an appreciation for the appropriate ways to interact with managers, coworkers, and customers
Effective cross-organization collaboration abilities
Software:
Strong MS Office Application skills

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
USD $68,500 to $75,000
Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
