Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Gifting Coordinator in the Global Operations & Innovation Center (GOIC) in Wheeling, WV.

Responsibilities

As a Temp Gifting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the logistics, fulfillment, shipping and tracking of holiday gift orders related to Orricks firmwide Client Gifting program.

How will I spend my time? You will spend most of your time on these responsibilities:
Order Processing: Accurately read and intake gifting orders, wrap and package up to 1,000 gifts throughout the gifting season, and ensure all items meet specified requirements and quality standards.
Inventory and Supplies Management: Organize and manage inventory and supplies for efficient access, accurate stock levels, and timely replenishment.
Personalized Gift Notes: Neatly write and include personalized gift notes for each order.
Box Assembly and Packaging: Construct sturdy boxes for packing and shipping, ensuring items are protected during transit.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with wider gifting team in a fast-paced environment, sharing responsibilities and supporting common goals.
Order Tracking: Enter tracking numbers and maintain order status in the system for accurate and current information.
Quality Control: Check all items for accuracy and quality before packaging.
Adherence to Standards: Follow established procedures to meet the firms quality and operational standards.

Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workloads, and maintaining an organized workspace.
Problem-Solving: Quickly identifying and addressing issues in the fulfillment process.
Data Management: Accurate entry of tracking numbers and maintaining order status.
Good Handwriting: Neat and legible handwriting for personalized gift notes.
Excel Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
Time Management: Efficiently managing time to handle high order volumes and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected hourly salary range for this position is between $13.50 and $15.00.
This is a short-term, temporary position. Our temporary team members are eligible for paid sick leave where required by location.
