Group Facilitator

Qualifications: Three Group Facilitators are needed at a facility in Walker, WV. Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred but not required. No experience required. A drivers license is preferred but not required but must be on time at work shift start. Drug and background check will be completed if hired. Will be required to lead groups throughout the day that have addiction problems to drugs or alcohol. Group sizes can range from 12 to 15 participants. The length of the group time can be from 1 hour to 3 hours and can involve learning activities as well, etc. during that time frame. Description: Full-time work hours are from 8am – 4pm or 8:30am – 4:30pm. Flexible. Must be available some weekends and/or holidays periodically. Evaluation after three months and then once per year. Pay rate begins at $16.50. Details will be discussed at interview.
