Broadwind Industrial Solutions is growing and adding Production Associates to our team in Sanford, NC. This position will work in a variety of roles as needed to support production. We are looking for flexible and motivated individuals who are willing to learn our business and be part of a high-performing production team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

– [Work in assigned area to ensure timely flow of materials at all stages of the manufacturing process this could include but is not limited to:]{mce-=””}
– Production part kitting to multi-line packing list.
– Accumulate, prepare, and stage material for work orders according to company processes and ensure accuracy and quality of inventory, part numbers, and counts.
– Verify all components and inventory corresponding to the Bill of Materials.
– Accurately assemble and package products according to customer specific requirements.
– Build and assemble crates.
– Enter and retrieve work order information, efficiently and accurately, using the company ERP system.
– Accumulate, prepare, and stage material for work orders according to company processes and ensure accuracy and quality of inventory, part numbers, and counts.
– Crate parts for shipment.
– Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members to achieve company quality and delivery requirements.
– Work safely and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
– Other projects may be assigned as necessary to ensure successful completion of production schedule.
– All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Academic/Experience/Credentials/Certifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
