Dealer Acquisition and Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a dealer acquisition strategy to attract new dealers to our arsenal business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current dealers, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to maximize sales.
Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to create dealer-focused campaigns, promotions, and product listings that drive sales.
Conduct market research to identify potential dealers and opportunities for partnership expansion.
Regularly analyze dealer performance metrics and sales data to develop actionable strategies for improvement.
Negotiate and manage contracts with new and existing dealers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Initiate and manage cold calling efforts to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to identify areas for growth and optimization.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and the e-commerce team to align dealer strategies with overall business goals.
Provide dealers with training and ongoing support on e-commerce tools and best practices to optimize their online performance.
Maintain monthly goals focused on new dealer acquisition and sales growth.
Develop and implement 3-month strategic goals to drive continuous improvement in dealer relationships, sales volume, and overall performance.
Other miscellaneous jobs as needed by manager/supervisor.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in dealer acquisition and sales management, preferably in an e-commerce or firearms-related industry.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools, with a focus on driving dealer sales performance.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies related to e-commerce, including content marketing, and promotions.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to make informed decisions.
Familiarity with CRM tools, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Familiarity with the firearms industry or experience in a similarly regulated market.
Experience with B2B sales and developing long-term partnerships.
Background in e-commerce strategy and sales growth initiatives.
Track record of maintaining monthly goals and adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
