Job Title: Solder Technician WEEKEND
Job Description
We are seeking a Solder Technician for our weekend shift. You will assist in the production of on-time, quality deliveries to our customers. Your responsibilities will include checking foot straps for ESD compliance, following process sheets, adhering to quality and safety guidelines, and participating in performance feedback. You will use tweezers, solder extractors, solder irons, hot air pencils, and hot air reflow tools. Precision, attention to detail, and meticulousness are crucial. You will also manage records in the Aegis system, including parts tracking and defect locations, enter scrap information, and perform visual inspections to ensure quality at various production stages. The role may require lifting bins of assemblies. Communication with supervisors and production staff regarding findings and quality issues is essential. You will also participate in NPI 1st Article Inspection activities and work to meet production and quality department goals. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Tampa, Florida.
Work Environment
The role involves working in a production environment, lifting bins of assemblies, and maintaining adherence to safety, quality, and 5S s is a 2nd shift position with a differential forpolicies and procedures.
