Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to envision and execute strategic initiatives to ensure breakthrough performance

Provide strategic leadership for population health internally, as well as with providers, community organizations, advocacy groups, and applicable legislature

Understand the healthcare landscape to look for key drivers & opportunities for innovative models targeting the Quadruple Aim

Understand the unique community health needs and the attributes of the populations served to drive development of programs and service

Uses analytics to identify key insights about the populations served and drive the development of the interventions to target unique populations

Lead large groups of employees driving vision, engagement, developing people and teams, fostering transparency

Influence change and drive performance through a matrix reporting relationship

Provides direction and assumes accountability for effective and efficient operation of all market level population health strategies

Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field. 10 years of experience with health plan operations. 5 years of leadership experience. Masters degree preferred.

License/Certification: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN license required. Certified Case Management (CCM) preferred.

Pay Range: $227,400.00 – $431,900.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individuals skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
