Job Summary:

All About Moving Tampa Bay is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, and delivering excellent customer service. This position plays a key role in ensuring our customers and staff have a positive experience with our moving services.

Key Responsibilities:

– General Administrative Support:
– Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
– Manage scheduling for moving jobs and coordinate with moving crews.
– Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
– Assist with data entry, filing, and updating client databases.

– Customer Service:
– Greet and assist walk-in customers.
– Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
– Coordinate communication between clients and the moving team.
– Follow up with customers post-move for feedback and ensure satisfaction.

– Office Operations:
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

– Additional Duties:
– Support marketing efforts by helping to organize promotions, social media posts, and email campaigns.
– Assist management with special projects as needed.

Requirements:
– Previous office or administrative experience is a plus.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing is a plus.
– Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong customer service skills.
