Hours:

– Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation:

– $15.00

Duties include:

– Typing speed needs to be 40-60 WPM
– Have strong communication skills, active listening, be respectful, and show empathy.
– Communicate to consumers to pay their bill and negotiate payment plans.
– Be professional with strong work ethic and always give great customer service.

Required experience:

– High school diploma or equivalent
