Production Technician

Minimum Requirements:

– Must be at least age 18
– High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required
– Excellent safety experience
– Able to wear required safety equipment
– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Able to work a day shift
– Able to work overtime
– Able to work safely around moving manufacturing equipment and machinery
– Able to qualify to operate mobile equipment (forklift experience would be a plus)
– Able to work in a team-based system (flexible — can rotate tasks)
– Basic Math Skills — must be able to read a tape measure
– Measurable Mechanical Aptitude
– Basic Computer Skills
– Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen (provided by Express)

Physical, Dexterity, and Strength Requirements:

– Able to lift/handle 50 pounds occasionally
– Able to lift 2 — 20 pounds regularly
– Able to work in a noisy environment while wearing hearing protection
