Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Broadband Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and a proven ability to exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the broadband sector.
Responsibilities:
– Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. This includes identifying target markets, analyzing competitive landscapes, and crafting effective sales approaches.
– Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking, referrals, online marketing, and industry events. Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the best broadband solutions.
– Product Knowledge and Presentation: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our broadband products, services, and pricing structures. Effectively communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages to potential customers through presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
– Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
– Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, customer service, technical support) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support. Maintain open communication with management, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
– Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the broadband space. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
– Performance Tracking and Reporting: Accurately track sales activities, customer interactions, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using CRM software and other sales tools. Generate regular reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience (3 years) in B2C or B2B sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
– Strong understanding of broadband technologies (Fiber, Cable, DSL, Satellite).
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
– Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
– Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tools.
– Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
