Job Title: QA Technician

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves conducting tests, inspections, and audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

Document and report test results, identifying any deviations from quality standards.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols.

Conduct audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.

Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the food industry.

Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards is a plus
