JOB REQUIREMENTS: Employee Effectiveness Intern (Spring/Fall 2025) –
R5994 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential to this Position The
Employee Effectiveness Intern will be responsible for assisting the
Business Transformation Team with projects starting in spring of 2025.
Areas of Learning/Responsibilities Learning content development
Learning management – metrics tracking Knowledge gap identification

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications Must be an
undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time academic program
from an accredited college or university majoring in Organizational
Development, Marketing or other related degree. Proficient in MS
Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook) Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability
to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills and business professionalism Team
player with an interest in working with people regularly Self-starter
