Tax Accountant I

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview This position is located onsite at the
Corporate Headquarters located in Kenosha, WI. The Accountant I primary
responsibility will be for the sales and use tax filings of multiple
legal entities accurately and in a timely manner. Secondary
responsibilities include business and annual report filings, support of
sales and use tax audits, and research. Objectives are maximizing
process efficiency, assuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with
sales and use tax laws. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Prepare
and file sales, use, gross receipts, and similar transaction-based tax
returns on a timely basis for multiple entities. Compile data from
various sources to file the necessary returns. Maintain accurate
records of filings and payments. Communicate with other departments
regarding payment requests. Prepare business licenses and annual
reports for multiple entities. Assist with other Tax Department tasks
including research and providing Tax Exemption Certificates, provide
audit support, and other special projects. Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance preferred The following

ability to learn specialized software and to extract financial
