JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview Prepare and co-teach one (1) section
of REAL 4330: Advanced Real Estate Analysis (3 credits) Course
Description: Prepares students for two case competitions in which
Marquette University participates. Students prepare to analyze, write a
report and present a development/redevelopment proposal for a track of
land or existing building. Students also prepare by reviewing the
previous years Eisenberg and NAIOP cases and completing additional
assignments. Each team meets twice per week to work with case advisers
and team members. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare a well-organized
syllabus and teaching plan that clearly reflects the course objectives
as well as expectations, conduct well-prepared class sessions that
effectively deliver the course content and engages students, administer
meaningful and relevant assignments, and grade students work with an
emphasis on student development. It is the policy of Marquette

preferred or substantial progress toward the terminal degree. Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Teaching experience in the relevant area
at the university level or professional training experience strongly
