Machine Attendant

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Entry Level – Machine Attendant Location:
Machine Room Regular Work Schedule: Monday thru Saturday on weekly
rotating shifts of: 7AM – 3PM, 3PM – 11PM, 11PM – 7AM. Must be
able to work all three shifts. The Opportunity: We are seeking a
Fourth-Hand member for our four-person production team. Responsibilities
for your role will include performing dry-end assistance at the paper
machine that supports production to meet daily customer requirements and
specifications. Qualities Were Seeking in our Employees: Someone with
a proven record of performance, attendance, and attention to detail; has
demonstrated the drive to achieve and move up in previous jobs;
initiates his/her own learning; gets along well with others; is helpful;
can handle the physical requirements (heat, noise, shift work 8s and
10s, can work inside, outside, etc.) and has the mechanical,
numerical, and verbal aptitude to learn our jobs quickly. What you need
to succeed: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Must be at least 18 years
of age. Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
Availability to work all 3 rotating shifts (days, swing, and grave),
including weekends and holidays. Lift 50 lbs. frequently over an 8
to 12 hour shift. Work standing on feet over an 8 to 12 hour work

rate for this position is $22.32, depending on your role, and level.
