JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reimbursement Representative Lead – Government
Professional Billing – 35052 Work Schedule : 100% FTE, day shift,
Monday – Friday. Applicants hired into this position can work remotely
from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process.

are seeking a Reimbursement Representative Lead to: Be responsible
for monitoring a large portfolio of account receivables and is engaged
in proactive collection of outstanding balances. Answer questions
regarding team functions, assist management with team direction, and
monitor the accuracy and timely processing of appeals to various payers

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications High School Diploma or
equivalent Required Associates Degree in Business, Finance, Health
Information Management or related field Preferred Work Experience 2
years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle or clinic operations
role Required 1 year experience in a healthcare revenue cycle
operations role plus 1 year of prior leadership experience. Required
Epic experience Three years of experience in a healthcare revenue
cycle or clinic operations role with progressive leadership
responsibilities. Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology,
CPT, ICD coding structures, and billing forms (UB, 1500) Preferred
