Genesis10 is seeking an Infrastructure Integration Lead for a six-month contract working with our client based in Eden Prairie. Job Summary The IT Integration Lead will oversee the integration of IT networks, infrastructure, systems, and processes for a newly acquired company, ensuring compliance with FDA, GxP, and GDPR. This role involves developing estimates and schedules, managing integration resources, and overseeing integration projects and workstreams. The IT Integration Lead will play a key role in ensuring seamless transitions, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of IT infrastructure, data, and systems, and minimizing disruption to customers and patients. They will also work to reduce integration costs by expediting Transaction Service Agreement (TSA) exits and identifying opportunities to streamline enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in IT management, project management, and acquisition integrations within the Life Sciences or Manufacturing industries. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the IT integration process for acquisitions, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic goals under the direction of the Corporate IT Director and Integration Management Office (IMO). Develop and execute integration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Monitor budget and expenses with a focus on expediting TSA exits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal and external IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Quality, and Legal, to ensure workstream interdependencies are understood and coordinated. Assess and integrate IT systems, applications, and infrastructure of acquired companies. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to IT integration. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on integration progress and outcomes. Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, and integrations. Experience in the Life Sciences or Manufacturing industry is preferred. Competency in at least two or more of the following technical disciplines: enterprise systems implementation (including ERP, MES, QMS), IT architecture and infrastructure management, data analytics, data migration, and software development. Preferred experience managing Office 365 licenses and tenant migrations, Azure Active Directory, Cisco Data Center Nexus Series, dynamic routing protocols, Fortinet Next-Generation Firewalls and WAPs, NetSuite, Parity Factory, and Soft Expert. Proven track record of successfully leading at least 3 IT integration projects across multiple geographies and time zones. Strong project management skills; PMP or similar certification preferred.
