Hybrid in the Minnetonka, MN 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday); 2 days (Monday & Friday remote).

You’ll enjoy the flexibility of a hyrbid-remote role from anywhere within Minnetonka, MN as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops business relationships through frequent phone contact with potential clients

Assists customers with shopping and sales on the Digital Store

Drives sales by being first UHC contact for new clients

Promotes sales to customers directly. This includes managing accounts and pipeline in Salesforce, engaging clients to learn key decision makers and driving collection of key client information

Execute on regional marketing initiatives

Works closely and strategically with sales teams

Provide operational support of direct sales by quoting and enrolling new business opportunities

Support click to chat, inbound phone queues, and conduct scheduled consults from the Digital Store

Maintains detailed understanding of basic UHC services, products, and programs, allowing BDR to potentially educate clients and prospects on a high level

Demonstrates dedication and perseverance through contacting prospects multiple times if needed

Ability to present learnings and key achievements through formal presentations to health plan and national leadership

Demonstrates team effort and participation to achieve goals – willing to seek out or take on additional projects if needed

Ability to manage and optimize prospect pipeline to achieve key metrics and drive direct sales

Required Qualifications:

Associates Degree (or higher)

Minnesota Life and Health Insurance License, or if not obtained, will need to acquire within 90 days of working

1 year of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Valid Driver’s License for the State of Minnesota

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales experience

Bachelor’s Degree

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
