Logistics Group Lead – Fridley, MN – Monday-Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Rotational Weekends) $2000 Sign On Bonus As a Route Service Group Lead, you will assist the department supervisor by performing combination of activities: schedule coordination, provide input to supervisor on performance reviews, disciplinary actions. Perform all of the duties of and Route Service Rep. I, II, III and train new reps. Pay Range: $22.00 per hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Performs route audits QUALIFICATIONS Required Work Experience: 1-3 years in logistics or transportation experience Valid state specific driver license with a clean driving record Preferred Work Experience: N/A Physical and Mental Requirements: Position requires travel Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements; weekends, holidays, on call and overtime.
