MAJOR FUNCTION: Manages day to day transactions and maintenance to customer facing inquiries. Assists customers with comprehensive information to solve their problems or assist them in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction. Handles customer challenges and provides resolution, brings managers attention when necessary to ensure that proper and best-in-class service is delivered. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, understand, develop internal processes built around delivering on the customers expectations Meet with potential customers to best understand their business and portal requirements, align internal systems, and structure processes with developing Standard Operating Procedures Management of inbound and outbound phone calls and email correspondence in response to any inquires, questions, or other follow up in a professional and helpful manner. Be an ambassador for the Nilfisk Self Service channel. Seek commercial opportunities, escalating sales / service leads as required. Develop knowledge of key customers, building meaningful relationships and driving trust in key competencies. Leveraging ERP, CRM, and online tools, to confirm account number, part number & descriptions Communication to customer on pricing, availability, open orders, and ship dates Ability to issue credits and rebills according to policy and procedure Prioritize projects/responsibilities and other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalency EXPERIENCE: Entry levels to experienced; Desire a minimum of 2 years inbound/outbound call experience in a customer service or manufacturing environment KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: EDI Knowledge recommended, not required Proficiency in portal management and transactions High level of attention to detail Ability to plan, organize, and manage setbacks Ability to analyze problems and solve work related issues Solid attendance and reliable Accountable, ethical, and quality driven High level of professionalism and solutions-based decisions Team oriented with a solution mentality Strong commercial focus COMPUTER SKILLS: Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Suite), ERP/CRM systems Lets create a cleaner future together Clean is changing.Today, cleaning is a key contributor to health and safety, and a new clean is emerging, driven by technology and innovation.
