The Administrative Assistant will provide a variety of duties to support
effective day to day administrative functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
– Provide reliable and consistent administrative support to the
organization.
– Maintain confidentiality issues and release of information issues.
– Provide coverage for the front reception area, including answering
and relaying telephone calls when the Front Receptionist takes
breaks, goes to lunch, or is absent.
– Support in mail pickup and distribution.
– Maintain accurate agency records.
– Manage timely data collection, reviewing, analyzing, and filing of
agency records.
– Prepare and distribute reports or other communications as needed.
– Assist in emergency evacuation procedures as described in Safety
Manual.
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES:
– Be aware of customer needs and provide quality customer service.
– Know and be able to speak to OCCKs mission and philosophy to the
extent that casual conversation in the community can promote
community awareness.
– Perform ad hoc job duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to

– Must have at least 2 years clerical or related experience.
– Must have excellent oral communication skills.
– Must have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
– Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a
team setting.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
– High School Diploma or equivalency required.
